How much does LeadFetch cost?
LeadFetch costs £19.99 per month, with a 14-day free trial and no setup charge. It is designed for independent UK dog groomers who want an affordable way to bring their diary, customer details and payments together.
The subscription is for LeadFetch. Card processing charges are separate, so include those when working out your salon's costs. Check the subscription and payment terms shown before starting a paid plan.
What is included in the monthly plan?
Your booking diary, appointment requests, customer and pet records, care notes and conversations sit in one place. You can set up services, prices and working hours around the way your salon works.
With Stripe connected, you can take online payments and deposits, and keep a card on file for agreed cancellation protection. Booking confirmations and reminders help customers keep track of their visits. WhatsApp is optional and needs a ready connection and the relevant customer permissions.
- Booking diary and appointment management
- Customer and pet records, care notes and conversations
- Online payments and deposits through Stripe
- Saved-card protection for agreed cancellation fees
- Booking confirmations and reminders
- Optional WhatsApp messages when connected
- Direct help from LeadFetch
Are card processing fees included?
No. Stripe's payment processing charges are separate from the £19.99 LeadFetch subscription. Check the pricing and terms for your own Stripe account before collecting payments.
You can distinguish money collected online from payments you record through another method, such as cash or your existing card terminal. Recording a payment is not the same as charging a customer.
Can I charge for late cancellations and no shows?
Yes. LeadFetch supports deposits and a saved card through Stripe, so you can apply the cancellation terms agreed with your customer. Set your notice period and fee arrangements, explain them before the customer commits, and check the result of any charge.
You stay in control of when your policy applies. A saved card supports collection, but does not guarantee payment: a card can be declined or need the customer's approval.
Is LeadFetch easy to set up?
Start with your business details, services, prices and working hours. Then choose your payment arrangements and customer messages before sharing your booking page. The setup guide includes a printable checklist, so you can work through it one step at a time.
You keep the final say on suitability, price and appointment time. The diary and customer records are there to help you make those decisions, rather than add another job to the end of the day.
What help can I get?
You can contact Scott at scott@leadfetch.co.uk for help with LeadFetch, setup questions or something that does not look right. The product guides show the main steps with screenshots and plain-English explanations.
Ask about your own salon's workflow before signing up if you want to check whether LeadFetch fits. You should feel comfortable using it as well as comfortable with the price.
How do the free trial and money back guarantee work?
The advertised plan includes a 14-day free trial. LeadFetch also offers a 30-day money back guarantee: the 30 days start on the date you sign up, not the date your first Direct Debit is taken. Read the terms for the full subscription arrangements.
There is no setup charge and you can cancel by contacting LeadFetch. Check the subscription terms supplied to you for billing dates, the effective cancellation date and any charges properly due.
