LeadFetch helps independent UK dog groomers manage their working day, from the first enquiry to the next appointment.

What is the LeadFetch app?

The app brings your diary, booking requests, customer and pet records, visit notes and conversations together in one place. Customers can request an appointment through your booking page and check their appointments through secure access.

Payments and diary protection

With Stripe connected, you can take online payments or deposits, keep a card on file and apply the cancellation terms agreed with your customer. Card details are collected by Stripe. A saved card does not guarantee that a later payment will succeed.

Customer messages

Email supports confirmations, reminders, appointment changes and customer replies. When your WhatsApp connection is ready, you can use it for permitted booking updates and availability messages to customers who opt in. Customers can use the booking system without WhatsApp.

Optional booking assistance

Where enabled, the assistant helps customers organise pet details and find answers you have approved. Customers review the details before sending their request and can use the ordinary form instead. The assistant cannot decide suitability, set prices, confirm an appointment or take a payment.

Who confirms the bookings?

The groomer keeps control of suitability, pricing, availability and final booking confirmation, including any rules they choose for accepting requests. A proposed time or payment step alone is not confirmation. Customers should check the booking status and the business’s terms.
