What LeadFetch provides
LeadFetch provides a public pet-care directory and business-to-business enquiry software for independent pet businesses. Pet grooming, training and other animal services shown through LeadFetch are supplied by the named pet business, not by LeadFetch.
Using the directory or sending an enquiry does not create a pet-service contract with LeadFetch. Read the Website terms of use for the distinction between LeadFetch and the listed businesses.
Data-protection registration
LeadFetch is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZC241373.

Business subscription payments
LeadFetch uses GoCardless to collect recurring Direct Debit payments from pet-business clients. The signed Client Agreement sets the amount, collection date, term and cancellation notice.

This arrangement covers subscriptions paid by businesses to LeadFetch. Pet owners do not pay groomers, trainers or other pet businesses through LeadFetch.
