Marketing cookies are off by default

LeadFetch uses Google Tag Manager for Google Ads campaign measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain denied unless you accept marketing cookies. LeadFetch does not currently use analytics or personalisation cookies.

Consent and your choice

UK cookie rules normally require clear information and consent before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used. Essential storage does not require consent when it is strictly necessary to provide an online service a person has requested. LeadFetch still explains it and records your preference locally.

If LeadFetch introduces an optional category, it will remain off until you choose it. Rejecting optional cookies will be as easy as accepting them, and you can change your choice here.

Cookie categories

Essential: Used only to provide a feature you request, keep an authorised user signed in, protect the service or remember these cookie choices.
Analytics: Would help LeadFetch understand visits and improve the service. LeadFetch does not currently use analytics cookies or similar technologies.
Personalisation: Would remember optional preferences that are not needed to provide a requested feature. LeadFetch does not currently use this category.
Marketing: Controls whether Google advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation may be used to measure LeadFetch campaigns. These permissions are off unless you accept.

Our infrastructure provider may also use strictly necessary security or load-balancing technologies to protect and deliver the website.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop business sign-in, saved-pet retrieval or other secure functions from working.

To remove saved pet information held by LeadFetch, email scott@leadfetch.co.uk. Deleting the browser cookie alone signs the device out but does not by itself delete the saved record.

Cookie-free service measurement

LeadFetch records limited first-party product events, such as the fact that a search, profile view, claim start or enquiry start occurred. This does not use cookies or similar storage and does not include a visitor identifier, IP address, user agent, raw search, postcode, coordinates or enquiry content. These records are kept for 90 days. The Privacy notice explains this processing and its lawful basis.

New cookies, products and purposes

The cookie notice, control centre and banner use the same declared catalogue. Changing a cookie, similar technology, product or purpose changes the catalogue version, so LeadFetch asks for a fresh choice before any new optional use is allowed.
